Actively Diversified. The portfolio is continually rebalanced with each new investor or loan, and with RGF’s typical market exposure being only 12 months, any shift in property value is limited regardless of the market cycle.

A Source of Predictable Fixed Income. RGF has paid its participating investors a minimum of 10% per annum paid quarterly.
